From on-site parking, via a shared passage, you enter a private approx. acre of terraced gardens, with cottage siting on far side. It has floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom that provide beautiful views. Remote controlled black-out shades throughout, flat screens in living room & bedroom, audio throughout, Netflix, Apple TV, Sonos, internet. Bedroom has an Eastern king 76" x 80" (wider than a California king), living room has a pull out sofa for a comfortable queen 60" x 71", plus comfortable couch 30" x 75", for 5th guest. Full kitchen with appliances, which also includes dishes, pot & pans, and utensils. The garden and its amenities are a big part of the space/experience. Laid out in three terraces there are many spots to relax or work, two separate eating areas both seating up to 8, a pool and cabana, sun deck, jacuzzi, fire pit, with WiFi thought. Private on site parking makes your stay completely secure. Fast access to Hollywood, the new hots spots of Silverlake and Echo Park, Universal Studios, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. We're also 30 min. drive (depending on traffic and the route you take) to Santa Monica and the beach. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle free comfortable stay in a truly beautiful setting that will reveal its special and unique qualities during your stay. The location in this quiet neighborhood is a five minute walk to a delicious French Bakery. It's a five minute drive to the famous Runyon Canyon Park with it's hiking trails and some of the bests views of all LA and a seven minute drive to the nearest supermarket.

Summary: This property is perfectly sublime. The accomodation is a small 1BR studio with wonderful windows looking out over hollywood hills. The backyard is beautiful with nice pool and wonderful hot tub, fire pit, and fantastic views. Such a peaceful place to sit, read, listen to music, relax. This place has my highest recommendation.

Summary: While I've stayed at many nice hotels in Los Angeles, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed not being a tourist but actually living in a different neighborhood for a short time. The property is delightful and the guest house is a perfect combination of private, but steps from a fun pool two level deck with a decent angled view of the Hollywood sign to keep your bearings. The off street parking is the best in the neighborhood. It amazes me thay people literally have to leave a $100,000 car on a very congested street. Not at this home, parking is quite easy. Caution: When opening the gate, pull up close enough to the keypad. I realize how easy it was for that Star Trek actor to be killed by a car with an open door rolling back. The hosts, D and A were very professional, very friendly, and very responsive.

Summary: If you like fantastic views, a convenient location, a beautiful setting and a comfortable place to sleep, then this is your place. We comfortably fit a group of five adults in the cozy guest quarters. Communication was great and David was more than happy to assist with any questions that we had. If we could give this place 6 stars we would!

Summary: Away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywoods streets, yet close enough to enjoy the night life and entertainment. The cottage is extremely private with views, views, and views. Though the weather was a little on the cool side, the pool would have been nice to enjoy. Late night hot tubbing is a must under the stars. Oh stars, there are many Hollywood elite in the neighborhood. We had a fantastic time! The hosts are warm and welcoming, who are also dog lovers.
