Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Summary: My step-daughter was getting married in luckenbach, Texas and I chose this property for me and my adult children stay. This property was perfect; it was clean, quite, spacious and close to everything. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Summary: This house was perfect for our weekend get away. Spacious rooms, living room and kitchen area. Very comfortable. The host had everything you would need. Even the ability to park in the garage, which was nice since it was a cold weekend! We will definitely be back.

Summary: Great location up the road from Main Street and the Texas Wine Trail. Had a wonderful weekend getaway with another couple. Well kept, modern, nicely decorated with antique furniture pieces. We watched the deer from the porch while drinking our morning coffee and evening wine. Would love to stay again.

Summary: Clean, quiet, and ample space. Back porch was great spot for coffee and deer spotting. Location was minutes from all events we had planned and also a grocery or gas run. It is the Texas hill country so be prepared for insects and also lots of birds. We found 3 scorpions. Grass height made it tough to spot needed dog clean up.
