Beautifully renovated four-bedroom, three-bath getaway tucked into the Taylors Falls hillside only a short walk from the quaint downtown and Interstate Park. Perfect for groups and easy access to local attractions from Wild Mountain to local wineries, The St Croix River, or one of the many nearby wedding venues.
The home is fully furnished with all linens, towels, and cookware you will need for your stay as well as basic soaps. There is a chest freezer, kitchen fridge, and two beverage refrigerators. The laundry room is open for you to use with a full-size washer and dryer.
The bedrooms, baths, and living spaces are spread over 3+ levels. The top two levels host the main suite with a vaulted ceiling and private rooftop deck. The second level also features a full bath and 2nd guest room. All the guest rooms have dressing tables and mirrors. There are no main-level bedrooms. The walkout lower level has a private bedroom, full bath, and a media room that also functions as a private suite.
The home is perched above and surrounded by a deep ravine. The creek runs year-round from the natural springs, and the topography gives the home a very private feel. It's a short 5-minute walk to the entrance to Interstate Park and where you can see over 200 potholes of various sizes can be found carved into the basalt bedrock at Interstate State Park. The park is a fantastic setting for hiking and photography overlooking the St Croix River.

Summary: Pics don't do this place justice. The owners have thought of everything and take great care. It was spotless when we arrived and so homey!! They even decorated the home with a Christmas tree and lights. So much space for all of us to spread out. Sleeping arrangements are carefully thought out and comfortable A fresh coating of snow right before we headed to the Miracle at Big Rock Christmas lights. The outdoor spaces were beautiful-would love to come back in the summer/fall. Can't say enough great things about this home-Spectacular

Summary: Had a weekend getaway with life-long girlfriends and we loved this place. The home was very spacious and had all the comforts of home. There were 5 of us and having 3 bathrooms, multiple bedrooms, decks and outdoor spaces made it perfect. We would definitely go back here.

Summary: This house is set up well for family gatherings. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the birds with morning coffee. It’s right next to the road so there’s some traffic noise outside but not inside. There are no bedrooms on the main level and the stairs going to the second level are steep so I would not book this house for someone with mobility issues. The AC worked well and it’s beautifully decorated. Apartment-sized fridge.

Summary: We had the best time! The house exceeded our expectations, felt just like home. It had plenty of room for our big group and lots of space for the kids to spread out. Cozy and comfy and decorated beautifully. Definitely would love to return.. also very close to trollhaugen.

Summary: This house is perfectly appointed . They have thought of everything you could want or need. The house is charming in EVERY way…the kitchen / gathering room is very large and exceptional. Decks off every level! What’s not to love??? The children enjoyed skiing at both local ski slopes.. but ohhhh…the summer would be perfect ! LOVE this HOUSE and everything about it!!
