Summary: Wonderful property with plenty to do! We spent the week walking the abundance of trails, fishing for bass, playing the numerous yard games provided, using the pizza oven, relaxing in the sauna, and relaxing. We had 9 people and it was a perfect amount of space to hangout and also getaway from each other. We would definitely go to this property again.

Summary: This was our 4th stay and as always everything was fantastic. This property provides every opportunity for as much activity or relaxing as each person would like. The hosts are amazing in their communication and thoughtfulness to make your stay first class. The private location can't be beat and everything at the property is set up to make your stay perfect. Summary: This was our second stay at tamarack, it’s such a gem. Beautiful property amidst boreal forest and bogs. Huge yard for the kiddos to play in and house comfortably accommodates 10-12. Lake swimming, sauna, pizza oven…we could go on and on. Owners are very thoughtful and responsive if needed. We’ll definitely be back!🌲💗

Summary: This was our 3rd time staying at The Tamarack and it never disappoints. It's a marvelous property for a weeklong getaway. Summary: Wow! The Tamarack did not disappoint. Our family had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating here. The home was beautiful, welcoming and provided perfect accommodations for all of our guests. And, so clean! All of the beds were comfortable with cozy linens. Plenty of quality towels and wash cloths in each bathroom. The kitchen was fully-stocked with everything you'd need to prepare and serve a family feast - everything! From morning coffee to late-night poker games, the kitchen island and dining room table had ample room for our 10 guest, making it the epicenter our time spent at The Tamarack. The living spaces were so comfortable and perfect for lounging, movie watching, video game playing and afternoon naps. Although the home was perfect, most of our time was spent outdoors. The huge yard was perfect for our active family. Lots of yard games were played. The lake provided countless hours of entertainment including swimming, kayaking and fishing. And, we can't forget to mention the walking trails- gorgeous! The natural habitat was exciting to explore and the grounds were naturally manicured providing an easy trek. We would like to thank the owners for allowing our family to stay and look forward to returning in the future. We will most definitely be recommending The Tamarack to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Easy 5 Star Rating!

Summary: We spent a summer week at Tamarck and we're delighted with our time. This is a spacious, well-maintained home which comfortably held 6 adults and four children with room for everyone to do there thing. It is set amidst a secluded, beautiful 160 acre forrest, with stands of 100ft red pine near the home, and a very large yard that includes a sauna and wood fired oven. From the backyard you can access multiple walking trails and a short pathway to the private lake. Tamarack would be a great get away any time of year. The owners were very responsive both before and during the stay. We highly recommend it!

Summary: We couldn't have wished for a better stay at a better property. While the photos are beautiful, they don't really do the home justice. Everything we wanted was there, from the linens and bedding to the most well stocked kitchen we have ever seen at a VRBO. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is there from kayaks to croquet, from the sauna to the amazing pizza oven. We took advantage of the suggestions in the book and we went to the store in Goodland for homemade bacon and sausage, we made terrific pizzas in the pizza oven and we came home feeling relaxed and refreshed. Deb made the booking and check in/check out process as easy as can be and we are looking forward to another stay sometime in the future. Thanks again!
