Recently updated with new painting and new furniture throughout the home and a brand-new hot tub for your sole relaxation, this secluded, lakefront home is the definition of comfort and luxury! This dreamy getaway is located near the shores of Lake Anna on a premium 2,63-acre lot and offers approximately 9,000 sq. ft between three well-appointed levels! Once you step inside, you will realize this home is all about your comfort and entertainment. Outside, find yourself swimming in the custom-built saltwater pool and magnificent deep waterfront with a covered boat dock and electric lift. The covered patio is a great place to hang out, with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a gas grill.
The home is the perfect blend of entertaining and casual and formal spaces. The lower level features a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge to store all of your goodies, a family room with a large TV with streaming services and a gas fireplace, and a theatre room with a projector and surround sound (perfect for nine people). There's also a game room with a pool table, a Sega arcade machine, an air hockey table, and a single-shot basketball arcade game. One of the bedrooms boasts a built-in sink and an elevator that will take you to the main level's primary bedroom.
The second floor houses the main living space. Here, guests will find a comfortable living area with another gas fireplace and a smart TV, a gorgeous, formal dining room with a ten-person dining table, a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, a wine cooler, exotic, hand-selected granite countertops, a four-person island, and a breakfast nook. Children's dinnerware and a booster seat are available for younger guests.
There are two primary bedrooms on opposite sides of the home, each with its own sitting room, large walk-in closets, and en suite luxury baths. Both bathrooms feature jetted tubs. And last but certainly not least, this luxury home's top level boasts a secluded bedroom with a wet bar and a full en suite bath.

Summary: I don’t even know where to start. This house was immaculate!! Upon arrival, everything was clean and tidied. The house is spacious and perfect for our big family gathering. The Lake was definitely my family’s favorite part. We had a blast fishing and canoeing on the lake. It was spectacular!! Definitely making this a yearly vacation.

Summary: We had a large group of family stay in this beautiful home. It was nice to have 2 areas to hang out daily .. the pool / hot tub and the boat dock. Not many rental homes on Lake Anna have a pool. We had a hot week so being in the water was key!! The GFI on the dock was not working - we found a way to work around it (because we needed the boat lift) Property management came out but said an electrician was needed but it want fixed during our stay. It didn't effect our good time - just worried I wad a safety issue. The house is large .. The bedrooms are huge. The only negative is that the house needs another full bathroom on the lower level. The house sleeps alot of people and one more bathroom would be perfect. We made it work!!! The teens and young adults enjoyed the theater room. I personally loved the massage chair. Overall we had a fabulous time and enjoyed the home and all it's amenities!! Would recommend this home!!! Lake Anna never disappoints. Thank you to the owners of this home for allowing us to vacation at their amazing Lake House!!! ♥️☀️👙🏊‍♀️🚣‍♀️😎

Summary: Overall this was a great property and we enjoyed the stay! The house was a little dirty once we settled in, more of a surface level clean (floors sticky, random stuff thrown under the beds like trash wine corks etc.) Definitely killed more bugs then I would have liked but thats not really anything you can control much with a large home. The wifi went out on us day 2 and we needed it in order to work since there wasn't much service as it is. I contacted the support line and got the same answer multiple times about, "storms" in the area that caused an outage but it seemed to be sunny with no storms. Some one from the local team reached out to me about the pervious guest forgetting something at the property so I connected with them directly about the wifi Issue and they brought us a mobile hotspot which fixed our problem! BUT if they wouldn't have reached out to me, then I wouldn't have had a solution other then using my phone hotspot which hardly worked due to lack of cell service. Over all it was a good stay, just minor detail stuff that cause inconveniences. Would recommend and stay again, just feedback to the cleaning crew to go in a. little more detail.

Summary: We loved our stay in this house! The number of refrigerators was FANTASTIC for storing the huge amount of food you need for a crowd, and the main floor is open, spacious and very comfortable...... now for the quirks: 1. The lack of bathrooms on the bottom floor was pretty inconvenient. (There's only 1 bathroom for a space intended to sleep up to 16 people, not to mention its also the closest bathroom to the theater room and the access to the back yard ) 2. The elevator is inside one of the master bedrooms, and travels to another bedroom. I'm not sure what the design process there was, but it wouldve been much more convenient if it were in the common areas. 3. The large bunkroom gets VERY WARM. There's a closet with all kinds of machinery and ductwork in that room, so maybe that's the cause, or maybe the number of people in that room, (though we didn't even have it at max capacity) but whatever the reason, it was extremely warm in there during our stay in early March and adjusting the thermostat for that floor didnt seem to make much of a difference. All that said, it's still a great house and I would still highly recommend it, you just need to know what to be prepared for.

Summary: This house is beautiful and plenty big enough for our multi-family family reunion. Huge TVs to watch the games, large comfortable beds, and a basement setup for full entertainment! Loved how big the dining table was and combined with the round table in the kitchen was able to accommodate all 16 of us. However, extremely disappointed with the exterior, which was a huge draw to why we rented this property. The patio and deck were dirty and full of spider webs - clearly hadn’t been blown off or wiped down or even swept. We were told at check-in the pool pump was left off prior to our arrival and we would have to wait 24hours before using due to the extra chlorine added. We called to have the pool heat turned on which never happened, despite multiple contacts to both the Vacasa guest services and the local hosts. The boat house and fire pit were also overrun with spider webs and took us an hour to clean ourselves so we could use the equipment. Fun time inside but outside maintenance needs work to help future guests fully enjoy their experience.

Summary: Let me start off by saying we enjoyed our vacation here, but would have been very disappointed had we paid any more than our off season rates. Interestingly enough there is a pretty hefty cleaning fee charged to us but the house was anything but clean. I noticed this right away when my new white socks were black in a matter of an hour. We had two babies that could only crawl and the floors were very sticky so we decided to mop up. The mop bucket had to be rinsed several times...each time water was black. There were dead insects in various corners and although they came to check chemical levels in the very nice hot tub, there was sediment and a ring of dirt at the waterline's entire edge. Ended up being too gross to use. The garage was untidy and several screws were found near our tires....lucky no flats. Vacasa always responded quickly but took long to actually dispatch their team. Many lights were burnt out which they came to replace but not all. The couches had battery packs that two of four were dead and they never came to replace during our week. Beautiful kitchen hood did not work. Some ceiling fans not working. One of the master bedroom jacuzzi didn't work. The paddle boat had no rudder and was unusable. Electrical switches were all over the place and some didn't seem to control anything. No instruction for how to use anything including the fireplaces. The basketball game wouldn't keep score properly. The theater room was too hot and the sound not the greatest. Too bad because it was a nice setup and comfy chairs. Incomplete drywall patches here and there. Basically this house maintenance and upkeep seems to have been ignored for a few years and I wouldn't have paid anyone hundreds of dollars for the amount of cleaning that was done or not done. I definitely would return for the same rate...not a penny more unless they fixed up everything and cleaned it thoroughly. We were looking for a large spacious house with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably house our extended families and this house more than satisfied our needs. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep us busy.
