Rest assured, we'll work with you to ensure your safety and comfort during inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the road is impassable, we'll honor a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deer Haven. The house was very clean and welcoming, offered breathtaking views, was thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. We enjoyed our morning coffee each day watching the deer and wild turkeys roam the property, and the views of the sunsets were truly amazing! The owners provided so much helpful information well in advance of our arrival, including wonderfully detailed driving directions, local recommendations, and everything we needed to know about the house. That really helped to take the stress out of planning, and we were able to sit back and relax as soon as we stepped through the doorway. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you!

Summary: My boyfriend and I wanted to take a little trip to get away from the stresses of everyday life for the weekend. When we arrived at Deer Haven, not only was the view and the house beautiful, but it smelled so clean when we walked in the door.. and it was! The house was equipped with everything we needed- we just had to bring our own food, drinks, and toiletries. We loved sitting out on the deck taking in the beautiful view while drinking our coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine in the evening. The hot tub was so warm and relaxing and we used the fireplace in the living room which created a warm and cozy atmosphere. Overall, Deer Haven was exactly what we needed to relax and refresh our souls for a few days. Everything was great and we had no reason to reach out to our hosts during our stay as everything was just as described. We were sad to leave but we will definitely be back!
