Positive: The location was great. The pool was superb. The neighbourhood was quiet. The view was lovely. The property and landscaping very well cared for. The hosts accessible and responsive. The house well appointed.
Negative: Hot water was a challenge. Not all bedrooms were accessible, one bedroom was locked.
Summary: This is a beautiful property, the hosts are very helpful. Very private, secure gated property.

Positive: The location was quiet and very nice. We had a few dogs and the owners were very tolerant. The best thing was the big fenced garden with several sitting spots and a very nice swimming pool. We enjoyed the books and the games. When the beach is too hot, you can have some relief in Valle de Anton, which is less than an hour away.
Negative: No negatives, just a few tips for improvement: toaster didn't work properly, the fan outside above the dining table didn't work which made it uncomfortable to sit there and hot water was an issue. I wouldn't advertise a private beach, it's just rocks.

Positive: The grounds were gorgeous with a resort-like tropical garden laced with a stone pathway and beautiful fountain flowing into a small pool right outside the bedrooms. The salt water infinity swimming pool was perfect with the tanning deck and awesome view of the Pacific. You could hear the waves crashing while lounging pool side. There's a great path and stone stairs that lead down to a fun little tiki spot where we played dominoes in the evening and ventured down to the shore at low tide for a mini adventure. The house was the perfect size for our family of four (great laundry facilities in the house)with fun indoor and outdoor type games, great Internet service, & a fully stocked kitchen. While it's secluded, you are only about 10 minutes from grocery stores, fast food, and little shops. We were only a 15 minute drive to a great beach to surf and the waves were excellent! Perfect location! The host was super easy to work with, fast communication and very welcoming (and we Loved their very well behaved dogs). Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so, as well.
Negative: Even though the power went off a couple of times during our stay, our host was super fast to turn the generator on to give us electricity. The warm water for showers was iffy at times, but a cool shower also has healthy benefits so we like to focus on the positive. ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ
