Summary: Super beautiful and a great place to see some wildlife. We saw two deer out in the brush right when we got there, and another time we saw them crossing the street right in front of us near the house, which was super cool. The only reason I can’t give a perfect rating is because there was a bit of a wasp problem. We had to take care of a couple and noticed a few dead ones around the cottage. But other than that, everything really was great!

Summary: My wife and I made last-minute arrangements to get out of town for our anniversary, so we decided on Eureka Springs. I found this location and immediately fell in love with the photos and listing. Once we got there, everything exceeded the expectations of the listing. First, when we arrived there was champagne in the refrigerator for us for our anniversary, as well as muffins for breakfast! The house was super-clean, and the over-all character was second to none! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this lovely cottage and enjoyed the breakfast items provided! It was a close walk to downtown where we enjoyed live music nightly, access to restaurants and historic springs. There are also close diners and restaurants walking distance on the historic loop. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and evenings and watching the wildlife and evening fireflies. Just a magical and peaceful environment for relaxing and reading. To future renters, please note that the stairs to loft bedroom are narrow, so make sure you can manage the stairs. Cottage was very cool on the hot days - very refreshing. Overall, we loved the area and the environment.

Summary: Overall a great place to stay with a clean, nicely decorated cabin very close to the historic district of Eureka Springs. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars are the sleeping and sitting arrangements. Downstairs there is a love seat and two kitchen chairs and the bed in the loft is a full size bed. While the place is small and fine for two people it would have been nice to have a couch and a queen size bed. Also just a note to climb up the loft you will have to go up a ladder with a very steep angle. It’s not difficult but if you have mobility issues this could be an issue for you.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for anniversary. This was an absolutely wonderful quaint rental. Communication with the property manager was easy and excellent. There was champagne and orange juice (Mimosas) waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived as well as a variety of muffins for the 2 of us for each day of our stay (they were absolutely delicious)... to be clear, this was the " breakfast" mentioned in the ad which we were absolutely fine with. I felt that it was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. The place is located easily within walking distance from the downtown but be aware that the incline is somewhat steep for those who may have difficulty walking. In addition, the ladder going up to the bedroom is also quite narrow and steep... enough that it would be difficult to carry a larger/heavier suitcase up or somewhat challenging if you have difficulty walking. However, I actually felt that it added to the quaintness and charm of the place... reminded me of when I was a kid and would sleep in a loft. We definitely will consider coming back to this place in the future.
