This gorgeous studio apartment is situated only steps from the beach, the turquoise blue Atlantic and Caribbean sea..
A more romantic spot is hard to find. From the bed you are watching the sun and moon rise over the sea.
There is a kitchenette, with coffee, tea and toast making facilities and a bar fridge, which is supplied with your breakfast amenities.
By the beach is a wonderful jetty/ dock, for sun baking, & laying with cool drink. Also bbq area.
The property is off grid and solar powered.
Rainwater is the water supply.
The space,
You will have the apartment to yourselves.
I live on top when on the island, am more than happy to give you advice and tips what the island has to offer.
Or you will be left entirely by yourselves, if that is what you prefer.
Tyrrelbay, with shops, bars. restaurants and ferry services to Grenada 6 days a week, is a 5 miniute drive away.
Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance.
Kayaks are available for those wanting to discover the coast line, or go for a snorkel to the reefs just outside.
Other things to note
Bring a sun hat and sunscreen.
Good shoes for walking if discovering the island on foot and Shoes you can have in the water when kayaking.
Mosquito repellant if you are sensitive.
Also a torch, as some of the streets are rather dark at night.

Summary: If there was a 6 star option I would give 6 stars. Our stay was perfect. The location was great and secluded and Sue was an amazing host. She answered all our questions suggested things to do and places to eat. She communicated very well and made us feel so comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend get away. We are already planning our trip back!

Summary: Suzanne’s place is a piece of paradise in Carriacou. She was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Breakfast was also phenomenal. We’ll be back!!

Summary: A piece of Carriacou will always live with me. The experience my wife and I shared there was an unforgettable one. It really was pure bliss and beauty. Starting the mornings with stunning sunrises and watching the moonlight dance off of the ocean water at night are just a couple of the many enjoyments we had. I must say that the amazing time there wouldnt be if it wasnt for the hosting of the very lovely Susanne Petterrson. She was above and beyond helpful and a saving grace. It was my wife's birthday and there were no cakes/pastries to purchase. Susanne offered to bake my wife a cake and it was DELICIOUS! Aside from being a great baker, she was also very helpful. She helped us with transportation, activity information, grocery shopping, also reservations at a romantic restaurant. I cant say enough about how memorable staying here and having Susanne as a host was.
