Staff and Amenities (Included):
-Gourmet chef: Our chefs will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or drinks needed throughout the day. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed. For reservations of over 10 people, a sous chef will be required, with an extra fee of $150/day.
-Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed.
-Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.
-Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
-Destination Planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.
-L'Occitane Toiletries: Villas will be stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or equivalent replacements.
-Restaurants, boutiques, beaches, golf and tennis: Just a short walk or golf cart ride away from your villa
-One and Only: Access to the restaurants, bars, spa and golf course at the neighboring O&O Palmilla
-Offsite activity coordination and in-residence spa services

-Transportation Airport & General: If you don't require a driver and van, we can always quote and organize transportation to and from the Villa. Our airport transport is $130 each way for a suburban which can usually fit 6 people or $185 each way for a sprinter van for up to 15 passengers.

Summary: Absolutely incredible property and staff. The view is beautiful and the home is very airy and comfortable. Our concierge Alexia was excellent. Our butler Oscar was fabulous. Made us delicious drinks and catered to our every whim. Our chef Irving made us over the top delicious meals. We even cancelled restaurant reservations to stay home and eat. Cannot say enough great things about this place. It’s a 10 property.

Summary: We had an amazing time in Cabo staying at Casa Cielo!! Everything was absolutely spectacular. Marian, our concierge was extremely organized, efficient and so nice! Martin, our chef made the most incredibly delicious meals. And Osuna, our butler was awesome; he made amazing drinks and helped us with anything we needed. Thank you so much for such a special place where we made wonderful memories!

Summary: Our family had an incredible time staying in Villa 361. The beach was perfect for our kids to play in the sand and swim in the ocean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the spacious villa with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The Luxmex concierge service was fantastic and helped us plan some amazing family-friendly activities, like horseback riding and snorkeling. We can't wait to come back and make more memories with our family.

Summary: We had a great stay here with our six children and my mother. The pictures do not do the house or the property justice. It is much nicer in person. Hazel is the perfect hostess and our meals with Octavio were outstanding. The kids had a great time in the pool and were constantly going down the rock slide. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

Summary: We were supposed to do our vacation in the bahamas but due to the hurricane we pivoted to come to Cabo. Let me just say after experiencing the staff, villa and the town of San Jose we will be changing our go to vacation spot from the bahamas to Cabo.

Summary: I was staying at the Villa with my extended family of 10 including 5 children. We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Hazel made sure we had transportation and literally anything else we needed. From massages to whale watching private boat to dolphins...anything. And while the house and the pristine private beach was beautiful, the best part of the property is the amazing staff. Octavio the chef and his assistant amazed us every single day with traditional and tasty foods, made us margaritas, cooked us special meals for the children and made amazing desserts. The cleaning staff were exquisite as well. Never in the way and always made sure our rooms were clean and tidy every single day. The property is very private and secure and has direct access to the private beaches of Palmilla. It's definitely a place I'd return.

Summary: First off the Villa itself was quite wonderful. I was a little hesitant because I was told some remodeling was being done but when we got there it had updated furniture and was quite nicer. The pictures don't really do it justice. In regards to the staff, we opted in for a full time chef and the included Butler. Ulises & Alex were fantastic! Between the drinks and food they made it seemed like we were in a fine dining resort. Will be back soon!
