MAXIMUM CARS:The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.
RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This property has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and golf. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day fee.
