Summary: The atmosphere at the resort was amazing, the water clear and easily accessible, personnel were all friendly and helpful when needed. We were disappointed in the taste in foods containing beef products, perhaps because the seasoning was “down home”, but still ,lacking in flavor. The Italian dishes were excellent! We daily enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and most often had lunch there as well. Excellent variety. The excursions were a bit disappointing, but we only did zip, raft, Falls, snorkeling adventure.

Summary: breakfast buffet need staff to direct dinners to various stations for different items, waffles here, omlets here, ect.

Summary: Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!

Summary: The property was spotless all employees very nice food was very good the room was very nice my butler was not alway available the phone i was givin to call him didnt work for me...im handicap and in a chair everything eas easy to get around on the resort and they allowed my husband and i to enter in waiting in lines...if u are handicap this is the place to go

Summary: There is a serious problem with dinning logistics, having to wait 30 tables or more than 3 hours to sit down (also de electronic devices dont work), all beach chairs were taken at 6am without ever seeing also many guest woken up at that time, no show on the hitt class that was on the itinerary, end of the year party was a total mess

Summary: Me and my fiancée decided to take a vacation for the New Year. Secrets was one of the best hotels I’ve visited thus far. Staff were extremely friendly, hotel was clean, and food was amazing. Definitely will be returning in the near future for a family trip.
