Positive: The food was nice, Big up to the Chefs, Waiters and Bartenders who made the lovely meals delicious. The quantity could have been better for some of the meals but non the less i am grateful. They have a variety of restaurants where you can pick, choose and refuse and i liked that.
Negative: The wait time at the portofino restaurant was ridiculous. I was there from after 8pm, seated about 9pm and got my food almost 10pm. I believe the service could have been much much better if the staff were moving fast enough.
Summary: My stay was superb. Had a great time, friendly staff, good customer service and very clean property.

Positive: The property was conveniently located not far from Sangster International Airport. The junior ocean suite was really nice and the property had pools and hot tubs everywhere there were also restaurants and room service. Staff was very friendly and kind can’t beat it for all inclusive

Positive: The staff for the most part was excellent. Big up to the preferred front desk hosts. Your "Preferred Service" was really appreciated. The food in the preferred lounge, was really great. I met some really excellent servers in the Portofino Italian Restaurant and the Barefoot Grill. Special big up and thanks to my server in the main dining hall at lunch, who saw how distressed I was and made my birthday a whole lot better. Pity I cant recall names :(
Negative: Guest had to wait in the scorching summer heat in a long line to get to breakfast. This was not fun at all, I found it annoying as hell, so I skipped breakfast, only to realize that the same thing happens for lunch. This was not an enjoyable part of my experience. As a local, the staff was not as warm as they to were to the foreigners and it was very evident especially at the coffee shop and the jerk pit. The Service at the Jerk pit needs improving, as there was always a long wait to get food. The Butler Service left a lot to be desired as their assistance or lack thereof, took a very long time in getting whatever was asked for. The Butler Service is in name only.
Summary: I was disappointed with too many things, I guess. I was looking to be wowed, which never happened.
