Summary: An expensive basic 2-3 star hotel that looks modern on the ground floor, but the rooms are from 1960's. No air con, just small fans. Views are very good, though.

Summary: Located just across the lake with a beautiful view where you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. Easy access to every place with bus stop across the road. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Must visit

Summary: Hotel was good but restaurant was terrible. After re opening two days before we arrived, very poor menu, very limited wine available although listed on the menu and, very expensive.

Summary: Staff was wonderful and helpful, amenities did look alittle outdated but still quite decent. Location was lovely with a good view, quite an easy commute to town via bus.

Summary: Amazing views, thought it was extremely hot without air conditioning. Toilet was seperate from the washroom sink, so it was a bit odd. I would say the balcony and view made the experience worth it and staff was very nice and polite.

Summary: No air conditioning, even though it was stated otherwise. It was terribly hot and humid and we were not getting much sleep We asked for pillows three times on different days and still never got any It’s right on the lake and the mosquito situation was out of control , so couldn’t keep the windows open. Lucerne is beautiful, and the hotel is nice too. The bus station is right outside I wish they can work on the things listed , otherwise I won’t be returning here and will recommend the same to my friends

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff was excellent, the room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The room came with a 24 hour transportation pass, which was super convenient because the bus stop in right in front of the property and parking is very expensive in town. I would suggest that they add screens to the windows because the room was a little stuffy. We wanted to open the windows but saw bugs out of the window even on the 4th floor.

Summary: The room was very spacious and we were so delighted to have a sitting room as well, both with incredible views of the lake! Yes, we had to take the bus in to town, but it was so incredibly convenient and the hotel provided the pass, this was a positive and not a problem. I think we had the absolute best of both worlds of Lucerne at Seeburg! Highly recommend!

Summary: Hotel is really nice by the lake with a beautiful view but a little bit old and there are two big problems. First one is that it's too hot in the room and the other one is the noise

Summary: Beautiful location with our rooms looking over Lake Luzern. Friendly staff and good breakfast. On the bus line so very easy to get into Old Town. My only complaint is no air conditioning. There is a fan but it was noisy. We opened a window by the street noise was also loud. We were there in cool weather so summer must be very hot in the rooms
