Summary: The room was very spacious and we were so delighted to have a sitting room as well, both with incredible views of the lake! Yes, we had to take the bus in to town, but it was so incredibly convenient and the hotel provided the pass, this was a positive and not a problem. I think we had the absolute best of both worlds of Lucerne at Seeburg! Highly recommend!

Summary: Hotel is really nice by the lake with a beautiful view but a little bit old and there are two big problems. First one is that it's too hot in the room and the other one is the noise

Summary: Came by bus. Reception very helpful and efficient. Breakfast Is good. Pillows need to have soft and flat as well as high one.

Summary: We took the train. The hotel is a convenient 10 min bus ride from train station. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Hummus+ sampler at restaurant was fantastic.
