Summary: The staffs were friendly and kind, the room was very clean, and the locations were perfect to visit the old town and the Annecy lake.

Summary: Stayed for a weekend in January. Check in was quick and simple, and the apartment was in good, clean condition with all the amenities needed. Neighbourhood was quiet, but only 10-15 min walk from the old town, lake and train/bus station. There were also several supermarkets within walking distance. The only minor issue I had was with the smoke detector in the apartment making random noises, which was presumably due to a faulty battery or some other fault. But aside from this, had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Summary: Good room, basic kitchen essentials provided (and much appreciated), easy to find from town centre, very basic but comfortable and good for a long weekend away. Overall no complaints. Was not expecting a 5* hotel.

Summary: The accommodation was convenient for the 'old town' at Annecy which was 15 minutes walk. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Summary: Apartment was clean. The kitchen area is a bit small and the bedroom also serves as the dining area. However, this was OK as we were staying one night only. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
