Negative: We’re not fussy eaters but the all inclusive is the same every night . Food isn’t great if your fussy don’t be expecting to eat Anything other than a desert

Positive: Most Staff were friendly. The food in 7/24 bar.

Negative: We got paint on our clothes from newly painted dining room chairs. When we told staff they Said we can’t do anything. Even told reception they said we can’t do anything sorry. The mocktails were bad I tried a few none tasted good.

Summary: Overall pleasant stay. Room was cleaned daily. Food in 7/24 was nice. drinks could’ve been better.

Positive: I had a decent stay overall. The location is excellent, and the view from my room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food selection was excellent with plenty of variety.

Negative: The cleanliness could definitely be better, and the room equipment feels outdated and in need of an update. The phone inside the room was not working, which was inconvenient, and one of the elevators was out of service during my stay.

Summary: The staff provided great customer service—from the front desk all the way to the buffet restaurant team.

Negative: In the middle of April the hotel was 75% not ready to accept and accommodate the quests. Many areas including beach, piers, disco club were under repairs or maintenance except main lobby, pool and restaurant. Many restricted areas to walk. It was a time to eat and to drink only.
