Positive: The facilities were great, lots of different areas that made it feel like a resort. Lots of different food options and bar areas. The quality of Turkish food was excellent at the buffet, the 7/24 restaurant is great. Great views from all around the hotel. Entertainment staff were all lovely too
Negative: The beds were a little hard, and ideally the same choice of drinks in each bar/restaurant would have been handier. But overall for the price it’s a fantastic choice

Positive: I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The swimming pool was very nice, and the food was also enjoyable.
Negative: However, the room could use some upgrading, as the air conditioning did not work very well. The overall facilities felt a little bit old, but despite that, the place was still very nice overall.

Positive: Lovely staff, food was good, they try to keep guest entertained, nice views and watersports right on the beach. Bar staff was always lovely and made drinks with a smile. 27/4 restaurant lifesaver for late meals or those who miss dinner or lunch times.
Negative: No any type of shuttle service to local sites which for a 5* is not the best. Arrived past midnight tired and hungry, staff was nice but we had to wait a long time to have someone take out bags. Not staffs issue I think they are just understaffed and the staff members did look very tired. On that note, the restaurant service was not 5* a lot of times nowhere to seat at dinner time, plates would pile up for a while, took ages to get cutlery, sometimes sit at table and no one to bring drinks. This depended on the section you were in. One of the sections was good but again not fault of staff it seems hotel is trying to cut costs by not having enough staff. Staff seems to be under a lot of pressure tbh. Rooms very outdated they let the overall hotwl down. Mould in corners. Also elevators don't have clear instructions and very dirty with a smell. Many many stairs so not suitable for those with visible and invisible physical disabilities which impact movement.
