Positive: Location is fine, as taxis, buses are easily available and very reasonable. We had a car so we had no problem getting around. The staff in the lobby bar, bell boys, sandwich bar were very friendly and always had a smile. The buffet, offered plenty of choice but for me it was all abit too hectic and personally I prefer waiter service, this also stops a lot of waste where people pile their plates and then leave the food. The view from the hotel was wonderful as was the swimming pools. A little cold but we soon got used to it.
Negative: Our bedroom was a double and unfortunately the double consisted of two single beds of different sizes pushed together, consequently we spent several times a night pushing them back together. The balcony had a nice sea view but once the Italian stoked up the pizza oven all you could smell was wood smoke. Although I knew there were steps I was not prepared for the steep paths around the resort, especially to the 24/7 restaurant. The hotel is supposed to be a 5* I would just about give it a 4* as the whole property needs some major investment, especially the bedrooms which are very dated. The booking of a La carte restaurants was a nightmare, just as well you could only enjoy one a week as the booking procedure does not open till 10.00 and this results in huge queues with guest relations. There has to be an easier way of doing it, maybe an App or allocate when guest checks in. Can you please stop using plastic straws!!!
Summary: Because of my genius discounts and when I booked it offered good value however I rate a 4star

Positive: The facilities were great, lots of different areas that made it feel like a resort. Lots of different food options and bar areas. The quality of Turkish food was excellent at the buffet, the 7/24 restaurant is great. Great views from all around the hotel. Entertainment staff were all lovely too
Negative: The beds were a little hard, and ideally the same choice of drinks in each bar/restaurant would have been handier. But overall for the price it’s a fantastic choice

Positive: I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The swimming pool was very nice, and the food was also enjoyable.
Negative: However, the room could use some upgrading, as the air conditioning did not work very well. The overall facilities felt a little bit old, but despite that, the place was still very nice overall.
