Situated at the rear of our private home and separated from the main house in a lovely garden setting is this one bedroom self-contained cottage.
Yuille Cottage is in the township of Buninyong, 11 km south of Ballarat.
We are walking distance to our local Hotel, or the many Cafes the town has to offer.
Close to the Supermarket, Chemist and Bakery, this cottage is in the perfect location.
Take in the many walks that the area has to offer or maybe some golf, tennis or bike riding; mountain biking or road cycling.
Buninyong has been home to the Australian Road Racing championships where you could take on the challenging 12 km circuit including the Mt Buninyong 'King of the Mountain'.
A 10-minute drive into Ballarat is a short distance to visit Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife park, Lake Wendouree and the many historic buildings and landscapes of Ballarat.
There is a bus stop just a short 5-minute walk away which takes you into Ballarat and there is off street parking available on site.
The one bedroom cottage is a lovely getaway for singles or couples and contains a queen size bed (no other bedding provided or approved).

Summary: We loved our stay in this cottage. The gardens and surrounds were immaculate. There was everything you could want for your stay provided. We had a lovely time exploring the area and also spent some quiet time just at the cottage. Would definitely recommend Yuille Cottage.

Summary: We loved everything about this cottage. The weather was pretty miserable during our stay, but that didn't matter because we got to stay inside the cosy cottage and relax. It had everything we needed and we are already thinking about when we can next come back and stay. Thanks to Joe and Jenny for being such wonderful hosts.

Summary: I just immediately fell in love with everything, the atmosphere, the creativity and the warmth of the cottage. It suited our needs perfectly to go adventuring every day, thank goodness we had unlimited kilometres, lol. So at the end of our venturing, it was so nice to come home and relax and rejuvenate for the next day's outing.

Summary: It was great as most? Few inconsistencies and a few restrictions that didn’t make sure much sense but overall I try to be ab easy going person and as such did the end the manly my stay. Was shill quite wonderful I’ll give them that for sure.

Summary: Situated in the nicest part of Buninyong and nestled quietly behind this beautiful home and garden is this perfect little secluded getaway. Pristinely clean with everything you could need - separate entrance, comfortable bed and luxury linens, a small lounge area, spacious closet, compact and delightful bathroom with shower, excellent wifi and TV, kitchenette with table and chairs, and then the lovely deck and beautiful outlook onto the garden - beautiful vignettes at every turn. Easy walk to local shops, grocery store, bakery, pub, Botanical gardens, picturesque churches, and historic buildings dating to the 1860s. Very reasonably priced and much better than a sterile motel. Short drive to Ballarat. I'm reticent to give too good a review in case it is not available the next time I visit. Highly recommend.

Summary: Lovely cottage, light and airy set in delightful garden surrounds. Decor soft turquoise & neutrals was to our taste. Very comfy bed / pillows. Shower nice and large. Owners were good to deal with. Would recommend!

Summary: Very nice cottage, fully equipped and in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the local hotel to eat and drink where the food is great. Also local coffee shops and a supermarket. Really enjoyed our stay.
