Positive: Spacious apartment in elevated location on a hillsz, big balcony with views of the lake, town of Verbania in walking distance on a safe little road
Negative: Construction site next door. No parking available at the next little beach, which could be reached on foot but required walking along main road and fast traffic without space for pedestrians. Info by Booking.com that someone would meet us for giving keys and showing the apartment was incorrect. Only contact was by phone to an agent who sent instruction booklet, first via WhatsApp which did not arrive. We had to insist on receiving it via SMS, and finally found the apartment after navigating according to the photos in the booklet.
Summary: Great views but amenity marred by construction noise on a vacant property next door

Positive: She even picked up my son, who arrived earlier in Verbania The view is amazing - you can see a big part of the lago maggiore ! Spacious appartment.
Negative: Beware that the 3rd room Is an open space above the living room.
