Summary: We booked this hotel because my son was a guest speaker. It is a university hotel near the Frei University. This is a good hotel if you want to visit the Dalem Area. Berlin center is about 35-45 minutes away by either UBahn or Taxi. Hotel room was nice, and staff helpful and friendly.

Summary: The hotel and room itself was OK and functional which is all I was looking for. But while checking in at 2:15pm (usual check-in time is 3:00) I was asked to pay 15 euros if I wanted access to my room. The hotel was empty, my room was clean and ready. I was so turned off by this that this will be my first and last visit to this hotel.

Summary: The free breakfast was very good! It was a comfortable stay. I wish there was easier access to drinking water throughout the day. The only still water dispenser was often empty and always had citrus in it
