Gorgeous custom built home with Seneca Lake views and easy access to shared residential lakefront.
Off street parking leads to the covered porch and main entry in the rear. Vaulted ceilings, stone tile floors, teardrop lights, and bright decor greet you at the entrance. The great room offers seating for six in the living room, with a large flat screen TV with cable and internet access. The dining area overlooks the lake and offers direct access to the spacious two level deck on the front of the home. A contemporary style kitchen features new appliances, wine fridge, small seating area for breakfast coffee, and sliding doors that lead out to the deck. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and features a high efficiency washer and dryer.
Just off the great room lies a small hall, with beautifully appointed half bath, master bedroom with queen bed, and a delightful en suite bathroom with an attractive tile shower and separate garden tub. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have a lake view through the south facing windows.
The second floor features two nicely appointed bedrooms with queen beds, and another full bath with shower/tub combo.
The deck overlooks Seneca Lake and is a great location for BBQs and outdoor dining or lounging. The slightly sloping yard is a good spot for children to play, and the lake access is just 2 doors south of the house.
This home is located just a few miles south of high quality, local wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and just 15 minutes from Geneva,45 minutes from the Museum of Play and Destiny Mall, and 12 miles from the DelLago Resort & Casino!

Summary: Very nice accommodations with only two minor issues: The bathrooms don't have enough towel racks so we had to hang our towels on coat hangers and the wireless Internet was spotty. We had difficulties with our computers and watching TV because of frequent buffering on days when the weather wasn't near perfect. The view would have been great without the utility building across the street but that couldn't be helped. We would definitely stay here again but we'd bring a drying rack for our towels.

Summary: Beautiful house. Really great view, which I was nervous from pictures we didn’t really have one. Very clean. Property management was friendly to work with. Only suggestion is black out curtains in the rooms, especially the first floor bedroom. Everything else was amazing. Thank you for the great stay!

Summary: 2 couples for a long weekend. Place was perfect with lovely views of the lake. Small thing is that we were there only 4 days and just 2 dishwasher pods. It is not close to a grocery store so for a weekend perhaps one or two more would be better.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. The house was in an excellent location, very clean and check in / check out were super easy. There were 4 of us girls and 1 infant under 1. It was the perfect house for checking out a few wineries during the day, and sitting on the deck at night overlooking the water. The only thing I would suggest to any renters coming in, definitely make sure to bring things like cooking oil / coffee filters / paper towels and toilet paper. You get 1 paper towel and 1 toilet paper, and they do have dishes but everything else you should definitely plan to bring or buy if you plan to cook there! Would stay here again for sure!

Summary: House was great and had a beautiful view of the lake. Easy access to the lake. There is a state park next door that had live music on Friday night. House had a nice deck that we enjoyed. Didn’t have any shampoo but we had some with us from the last place.

Summary: The house was perfect ,the location not so great,we were hoping to have a little fire outside and wasn’t allowed..In the pictures the house looks closer to water and really couldn’t have a boat or jet ski,there wasn’t anyplace to put it.Loved the house and deck

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The house was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Our deck view of the lake was amazing and less than a 2 min walk to the lake access which had plenty of seating and shelter. The house is located in a private dead end road with no traffic and a quick picturesque 20 min drive to Geneva and lots of wineries to visit. The basement was a huge game room with air hockey and table tennis and lots of other activities for indoor entertainment. We had plenty of space in the house to eat and sit together and still spread out and have privacy. This house is great for families who want to get away and just relax but yet still be able to explore with quick drives to local attractions. We visited the Corning Glass Museum and Watkins Glen as well as Geneva. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Summary: We had 3 couples celebrating anniversaries and we love wine. The pictures seemed to show that the lake access was directly across the street but it was down a ways. It also was not private access. The coffee maker and grill probably need to be replaced as they were wonky but overall the kitchen was much more appointed than we expected (based on previous house rentals) with cooking equipment, dishes, etc. Definitely worth the $. Beats a hotel every time!
