Summary: Asthetically very cute and was clean, but overall disappointed. My husband and I were set to stay 2 nights—host graciously told us we could check in a little early which was appreciated! Once we arrived we were thrilled with how cute and clean but we quickly noticed that the person upstairs was VERY loud! We left for our event came back and were very aware of the 11pm quiet time which we did our best to be aware of—again not sure if the upstairs tenant was aware of this rule. They were so loud throughout the night oh and everytime someone else upstairs uses the bathroom the water comes rushing down a pipe right by the bed in the Vrbo. Either way we went about our next day but that evening received a text from home of an emergency we needed to return to. We made sure to strip the linens, dishes done etc and ran out the door—I text the host to let them know we were leaving a night early due to an emergency and hoped I had completed the check out list. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK! Not even a thanks hope everything is ok! Again, just super disheartening! I understand your rental is your business but what about some compassion. So I guess morale of the story is if you need a small, clean place to stay and don’t care about noisy neighbors or lack of communication with you host then this could be a good pick…

Summary: Had a great stay. Stay here if want quiet and some space. Close to everything but off the main areas. Great for HWS Parents and wine enthusiasts. This is space that is priced below all others and is hidden gem. Enjoy your stay.

Summary: We were so very pleased with the accomadations. Everything was wonerful and so clean. Location was perfect for attending local wedding. Unfortunitly we had to cut our visit short due to husband getting ill but will definatly rent again on our next trip to NY.

Summary: Property is not in Stanley, NY. It is in downtown Gorham, NY. Very pleasant stay. Property is not far from Geneva, NY and close to NY wineries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
