Summary: Staff friendly, great view, pretty place, had a good time, but the room was not too clean. Food was excellent as well. Overall a good experience.

Summary: Overall, the stay was good. However, the hotel is not very kid-friendly. I would recommend it for families without children under 18. One inconvenience was having to carry ID cards at all times to walk through the casino area.

Summary: My biggest issue was checkin. Two people behind desk with like 6 other stations. No people in there. Long lines. They have a virtual checkin, but it is stupid. You can checkin until 4 apparently on the link. Checkin is usually 4. So they shut that off at 4 causing to wait in long line. Checkout is same way. After 11, they shut off check out on link and we have to wait in snother long line to check out. Tried doing it beforev11 and didnt work anyway. Front desk crew i dealt with were very rude. Very slow. Not very nice really. Otherwise everything else was great. Room was awesome. Very clean.

Summary: Check in was extremely slow. Line of customers with only 2 people checking customers in. Too 40 kin. or so. Very little water pressure in shower. Restaurants not open late night. Light out in shower. Casino was fine. Staff was courteous. Many card readers in slots not working.

Summary: Nice hotel, room was clean & comphy. Housekeeping & front desk did NOT answer their phones for ONE WHOLE DAY, which was aggravating, but we finally got service. No microwave was a drag, not a lot of soap & shampoo. Easy check-in but frustratingly LITTLE in the way of information in the room about the hotel or its services… you really have to hunt for it on the TV. We had a nice visit but they need to clean-up a little of the smaller details to get a better rating from us-

Summary: It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean but a little noisy as doors shut very loudly. We felt safe and it was easy walking distance to the Falls area. The only other complaint was the smoke smell of the lobby. I would recommend.
