Summary: The first room we were assigned did not have a working AC so it was about 100 degrees when we arrived, also the smoke detector had a low battery and was beeping frequently. It was about 15 feet up on the wall. The property did eventually put us in a different room but it took 4 hours for the room to cool down to a reasonable temperature. We were given some scraps for towels and half a roll of toilet paper (family of 5). The kitchen functioned but it was not equipped as expected. We were asked to clean but were given no supplies or dish towels. The whole place was not DIRTY with dust or bugs or anything disgusting but it was generally unkempt and uncared for. Once I compared it to a rustic camping experience and we were able to cool off from the extreme heat- we could make the best of it.

Summary: The place is in terrible disrepair. Someone is probably going to get injured on that deck or the broken railing to the loft. However it was a really nice location. It wasn't all bad but it is pretty expensive for what you get.

Summary: Loved this cabin. Good space, very peaceful. Hard for us in our 40s to get upstairs on that ladder but easy for the kids.

Summary: The care taker Tim was vert nice. We absolutely love this cabin and plan to return. The AC in the bedrooms work great but the one in the living room was not cooling well. Take your own cleaning/disinfectant supplies to clean up after yourself during stay.

Summary: Staff was very nice, but WiFi did not reach our cabin even though there were three different options of WiFi to connect to. Room was clean, and bed was very comfortable.

Summary: The room was not clean and need lot of upkeep! Our request to upgrade once we reached the property was not dealt appropriately! For the first time, in so many years and so many reservations, I felt let down by my choice of depending on Hotel.com!

Summary: The cabin was great for the price! it was super close to sequoia and a two great coffee shops, it's more than what we could of wanted. check was easy and host made an effort to give me an earlier check in. the area was super nice and had an amazing view of the river and it was fun to walk around! i only have one down side, the towels are super tiny. my bf and i are size medium and large and these towels did not wrap around at us. sadly they also smelled terrible, like cigarettes. we went out to buy some (we did not tell the host since it was late at night when we discovered this). everything else was great and it was so fun to stay at a cabin like this
