Summary: Wir wurden vor Ort empfangen, da die Kontaktaufnahme per SMS nicht geklappt hat (besser XXX XXX benutzen). Der Besitzer kam extra um uns den hinterlegten Schlüssel zu zeigen. Wir bekamen eine Flasche Weisswein zum Ferienstart! Danke! Die Wohnung war Blitzsauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Wir genossen das „Aussenwohnzimmer“ sehr. Das Bett war bequem! Das zusätzliche Bett stellten wir neben unseres für unser Töchterchen (16Monate). Hinweis: ein Auto ist notwendig! Der Laden im Dorf ist geschlossen. Das Dörfchen liegt idyllisch, man ist schnell am Ortasee oder in Stresa.

Summary: Liebevoll und individuell ausgestattete Unterkunft in einem schönen Dorf. Toll ist der halboffene Schopf in dem man bei jedem Wetter essen kann. Unterkunft optimal für 2 Personen. Die Schlafcouch, bzw. das Klappbett für die dritte Person ist nicht ganz so komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ansonsten super. Gefehlt haben uns nur eine Käsereibe und ein kleiner Topf. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und vollkommen unkompliziert. Reisetipps: Der Ort ist super gelegen für Ausflüge zum Ortasee, wie auch zum Lago Maggiore. Schöne Region zum Wandern.

Summary: Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des sich auf dem neuesten Stand befindlichen Rusticos. Die Ruhe des typisch italienischen Dorfes und die Freundlichkeit der Bevölkerung, auch zu unseren zwei Cane Corsos, war mehr alsangenehm.Das Vogelgezwitscher, die Kirchen und Schafsglocken rundeten das positive Gesamtbild ab.Vor allem waren wir aber von der Freundlichkeit, des Entgegenkommens, der Hilfsbereitschaft und des Vertrauens unseres Vermieters angetan.Eigentlich nicht nachvollziehbar warum solch ein Domiziel nicht vollständig ausgebucht ist.Wahrscheinlich liegt es an der Entfernung zum See.Was sich aber wieder ins positive wendet, wenn sich auf dem viertelstündigem Weg zum See der Supermarkt befindet und die schöne Wegstrecke als Dreingabe.Nicht zu unterschätzen der Preisunterschied zu den Häusern direkt am See.Wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal in Sovazza. Reisetipps: Zu Erwähnen ist das dreiviertelstündig Fußmarsch (ohne Wegbeschreibung) entfernte Coiromonte mit seinen drei landestypischen Einkehrmöglichkeiten oberhalb Sovazza.Die Restaurants in Armeno und selbstverständlich die vielen Gaststätten in Orta San Giulio.Es gibt einige tolle Strandbäder rund um den Lago di Orta.Wenn man sich die Mühe macht, findet man auch zwischen Privatgelände und Strandbädern etliche idyllische Bademöglichkeiten, an der sich auch die eigenen Vierbeiner, mit positiver Resonanz der Italiener, wohlfühlen.Wir waren sehr angetan, ob der vielen positiven Reaktionen bezüglich unserer Hunde, ob am Strand, in der Stadt, bei Besichtigungen oder am Ferienhaus.Interessant die Fahrt über Omegna mit seinem Donnerstagsmarkt dem Alessi–Store mit Designeinrichtungen, nach Varallo mit seinem Sacro Monte di Varallo.Ebenfalls sehenswert, Orta San Giulio mit seinem schönen Stadtbild direkt am See und dem oberhalb gelegenen Sacro Monte di Orta, (kostenloser Parkplatz) von wo man auch zu Fuß zur Stadt gelangt. Ein Muss ist der Aussichtsberg Monte Mazzarone mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und den Lago di Orta.

Summary: Wir haben uns in der Casa Serena sehr geborgen und wohl gefühlt. ... der Besitzer, ist äußerst bemüht um alles und jederzeit erreichbar.Das Matratze ist hervorragend und in der Küche ist es ist alles Wesentliche was man braucht da (persönliche Vorlieben,was Küchenuntensilien betrifft, nimmt man sich ja ohnehin mit.) Sovazza ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Unternehmungen. Wandern im Val Grande, Baden im Ortasee oder Lago Maggiore, Märkte, Museen, schöne Orte besuchen. In 15 Min ist man Orta San Giulio, ein wunderschöner Ort zum Bummeln und am See Kaffee trinken. Kommt man am Abend zurück, ist man glücklich über die die Ruhe in der authentischen Casa Serena, den großen Garten, die wohnliche Scheune ( ein wunderebarer Platz für kindliche Romantiker), weit genug weg vom Trubel an den "hot spots". Morgens kann man im Dorflädchen " La vecchia Dispensa" (3min zu Fuß) frische Brötchen, feinen Käsa und Schinken holen, für das Frühstück im Garten, umrahmt von herrlichem Vogelgezwistcher, aus dem Tal das Glockengeläut einer Eselsherde (ja, sie haben Glocken um den Hals!). Reisetipps: Von Sovazza aus kann man direkt loswandern, u.a. zum Monte Falò, mit seiner umwerfender Aussicht auf Berge und Seen. Der Nachbarort Coiromonte (2km) ist eine Oase des Friedens, dort kann man herrlich in einem Biergarten oder in einer Pizzeria essen oder feinen Ziegenkäse direkt beim Bauer kaufen. Im nächstgrößeren Ort, Armeno( 4km) gibt es Post, Supermarkt, leckere Pizza zum Mitnehmen, ein Café in dem die Einheimischen sich treffen und ein Lädchen für Feinschmecker, mit Lebensmitteln die direkt vermarktet werden, außerdem eine sehenswerte romanische Kirche.Eine Rundfahrt um den ganzen Ortasee ist ein herrlicher Tagesausflug und von Sovazzaaus gut zu machen.
