Positive: The position: very closed to the nicest beach in town and the boat to independence The room was basic with fan and air-conditioning for hot days The showers was hot
Negative: The hotel is run-down: definitely need a lot of work to improve Very expensive

Positive: The location is really good, in the centre of Placencia village close to everything.
Negative: This property is definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Everything from the rooms to the building itself needs a complete makeup. The bathroom only had a piece of soap, no shampoos or anything else. Some of the furniture is falling apart.
Summary: Not a three star hotel. Pretty basic and not very comfortable.

Positive: It’s close to the water taxi, the bus stop and the beach. Everything is with walking distance. There’s a fridge in the room which is very convenient and the shower worked.
Negative: It’s quite noisy and our room had no view
Summary: If you don’t look for ambience but only a place for the night it fits the bill.

Negative: It mentioned shared kitchen in the facilities but there wasn't one. Google maps off the booking site sends you 50 meters to far to turn right, there's an open area you need to turn right into.
