Summary: We had a daughter performing in Coldwater at Tibbitt’s theater, and we wanted to try Marshall. We stayed three nights in the Town House, and it was perfect! We highly recommend this property. It’s top notch, very clean, warm and comfortable space — you can’t go wrong with this spot!

Summary: We absolutely loved everything about this house from the layout, the amenities, and how clean the house was. This is the perfect place for a getaway whether for the weekend or the whole week! It’s ease of access to everything downtown was amazing! Being able to wake up and come downstairs for a latte was the best! We felt very safe while staying here and really felt at home. For those that need WiFi, it works amazing! We had no issues. The king size bed was so comfortable as well as the pull out sofa! The walk in shower was amazing as well! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit this tiny but amazing town!

Summary: Clean and comfortable! Well decorated !! Great kitchen with new appliances. Shower is spacious and bed has a comfortable mattress. My only complaint is that there is a local bar that is very popular and between 1am and 3am the young adults are very loud and unpredictable. I called 911 because a young man was passed out in his automobile for over an hour with the car running at 2am in the morning.. 2 police cars ,a fire truck and the paramedics arrived to get the young man out of his car. Friday and Saturday night … very little sleep .

Summary: I loved this little apartment in downtown Marshall. I went back for a high school reunion and this was a perfect location to stay. You can walk anywhere, and it's nice and quiet and super comfortable. It has all the amenities you need, and downstairs is a cafe with great coffee and super friendly folks! I highly recommend this townhome, and I will stay here again when I visit Marshall.

Summary: Such a great place for us to hang our hats for a couple of days while house shopping. Surprisingly quiet and of course everything is super convenient, including great places for food and drinks without having to drive. Well appointed and comfortable.

Summary: My husband and I were overjoyed as soon as we walked into this perfect apartment! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed! The decor was so nice! The shower was amazing and we loved all the closet and dresser space we had to unpack for the week :) Coffee everyday from Serendipity was pure happiness! We will definitely be returning to this property!!

Summary: We have been to Marshall before but this was our first overnight stay. Marshall is quite quaint & the downtown building are historical & marvelously maintained. Our apartment above the Serendipity Cafe was nothing short of spectacular. Immaculately clean & really perfect for a couple. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marshall. Our friends stayed in the other apartment above the cafe & it was equally wonderful. What a great weekend!!!
