Summary: Stayed here to run Sehgahunda Trail Marathon at Lechworth Park. Huge yard, pond, fire pit. Inside was updated and clean. Definitely will stay again next year!

Summary: The house worked out great for us. It was clean, spacious. We enjoyed coffee on the outdoor patio, which is simple but lovely. We listened to the birds and spring peepers. Great location for access to Letchworth Park and downtown Perry (for local eats).

Summary: Perfect house for our family to spend time at during spring break. The hiking at Letchworth State Park was amazing with beautiful views. We enjoyed our evenings at the house making dinner, watching movies and playing different games in the basement. Our kids favorite was the shuffleboard. Nice selection of movies, games, cards and chess set. We saw a lot of different animals in the backyard. The birds in the morning were relaxing to listen to. The property is beautiful and very private. The house was clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The large couch was perfect for our family of 5 also. Wonderful memories were made here.

Summary: The Property was beautiful and well kept considering it's size. We did find a few small things here and there that could have been cleaner but all in all a wonderful property and we were able to have a beautiful rememberance celebration with family while staying here.

Summary: The Gate House served as a perfect place for our daughter and her bridal party to get ready for her wedding. There was plenty of room for the six bridesmaids to work with the hair stylists, makeup artist and photographer. The Groom and his crew had fun in the basement game area until the photographer was ready for pictures down by the pond. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to create breakfast for a large crew.
