Summary: Wonderful quiet location! Beautiful neighborhood with colorful desert landscapes. Very easy to access our apartment. Nice bed, kitchen, fridge, bathroom. We had a great stay there!

Summary: I have a small truck and wanted to park on the street where the property is but they said I couldn't park there and wanted me to part a couple blocks away. I saw other people parking on the street and even the owner of the property but they came and woke me up at midnight to tell me to move my car. I ended up leaving 1 day early because I didn't feel they were being reasonable or considerate. I didn't get a refund but getting away from that negative energy was more important.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our short stay in Palm Desert. We basically, just needed a place to sleep, and shower without having to pay all those resort fees. The location was very convenient and close to all the areas we visited. The host was very nice and accommodating. It fully met our expectations. Would definitely book again if we have another short trip to the desert.

Summary: The room was nice, but there was just water (no soap) in the soap dispenser, the tub was clogged and it was pretty noisy at night with doors slamming frequently. It also would have been nice to have access to the backyard since we werent aware that we were cut off from it until we got in, but it otherwise met our needs and the bed was comfortable.
