Summary: Beautiful view! Lots of space. Close to everything. Totally exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a dock, but that’s it!

Summary: Really great property on Lake Norfork. Bedrooms and atrium were all wonderful for our grandchildren, the view from the bedrooms and deck is spectacular. Had a fantastic time and highly recommend this property!

Summary: Well lets get started the drive is very narrow and crocked, the entire house was coved with Dog hair from the whole bed being covered and the house floors as well. We spent the first 2 days cleaning the entire house so that we could feel like we could it least stay there. We had a shower issue and a water line broke behind the shower unit so a plumber had to come out at 9:30 pm at night only to not have what he needed to fix the problem, so we had to leave the house unlocked the next day so he could come back and fix the problem, and guess what lol he half fixed the problem after being gone all day and coming back to take a shower only to find there was only hot water that was coming out of the shower, there was no cold water in the shower, so i called the host Heather if that's what she is supposed to be and she did not answer so i sent a text and she sends one back Unavailable at movies lol I'm thinking she was a host, also the day we checked in within the first hour of check in I contacted Heather about the furniture that was broken in the front room that wasn't usable she { said she was letting the owner know about the broke furniture. Now let's get to the entire back deck of the house. It is rotten and dangerous, All of what I have mentioned is true and i have no reason to lie about this or any other property. Just thought everyone should know, Thats all. And when i had spoken to Heather about the house being dirty, she said it hasn't been cleaned in 2 weeks. LOL
