Summary: House was clean, and ready for our stay. The linens were extremely fresh and good quality. The back porch is large and a great spot to hang out or have dinner. The host was very communicative which is always appreciated. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in the area.

Summary: Everything we needed for a family reunion - nice to have a large downstairs suite and upstairs master bed/bath, lots of space to spread out with both kitchen and dining room tables. Large TVs for streaming. Also enjoyed mornings on the deck watching birds in the back yard. And Roma was very responsive to communications.

Summary: We could not have been happier with our stay and Roma was a fantastic and responsive host. We were in town for our son's college graduation and this wonderful house was perfectly located for easy access to NCSU. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The yard and large deck was a wonderful gathering place for family. The kitchen, dining room and living room were all comfortable spaces for us to share meals and visit with each other. The place has pretty much 2 master bedrooms with what is almost a private apartment on the lower level and a large traditional master bedroom upstairs. We appreciated all the basics stocked for our use. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
