Summary: The house was perfect for hanging out with family in the common area and enjoying the gardens and views of the cliffs Outside also nicely furnished for gathering, but it happened to be very hot during our visit. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Marcy very responsive to any questions though much information is contained in binder. We loved our stay and would happily return again.

Summary: Marcy is a great host. She is very accommodating, flexible and responsive. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The back yard is lovely and the views are beautiful. I just wish we were told that other people would be staying in the apartment/studio in the barn, which is on the same property and 50 ft away from the house. I was under the impression that we would be the only people on the property

Summary: This house was perfect for our weekend stay. We had a wedding at Audrey's Farmhouse & the location was great. House was very clean & had everything we needed. Check in was easy & Marcy was available for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend here - it's a beautiful home on a magical property! Gardiner is also a special little town. Great spots to hit close by for breakfast and dinner. Such a beautiful part of Upstate NY, thanks for having us.
