This recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for your next getaway. Sitting on a large lot with 333 feet of river frontage, our home boasts a vast yard with relaxing outdoor space and wide open living area.
LIVING AREAS
The large, fully furnished eat-in kitchen with a peninsula is the perfect gathering space. Whip up your favorite recipes in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with sparkling solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a table for six. Unwind in the living area, where a large sofa and reclining chair surround a smart TV. The large picture window fills the space with natural light and offers unobstructed river views. The lower level features a second living room with a couch, reclining sofa and smart tv for more space to relax and unwind. The sliding patio door allows easy access to the lower lawn and picturesque river views.
BEDROOMS & BATH
Two bedrooms feature king size beds, while the third bedroom is a queen size bed. The upstairs full bath contains a large tiled shower. The lower level includes a second full bath with large tub/shower.

Summary: 3 of us stayed for 2 nights at this great house. For us it is all about the views and these were lovely. Very private and quiet. House had everything we needed and was cute, comfortable and very clean. Would stay there again.

Summary: We chose this rental for its proximity to Taliesin and House on the Rock attractions. Situated along the Wisconsin River, the house was quiet, secluded but only a short drive to Spring Green. We also spent the majority of our time on the large screen porch, having morning coffee or eating our meals there. The home is well stocked and we appreciated the large stacks of firewood/supplies for nightly bonfires. We loved the Wild Hills Winery, only a few miles away. They offer Woodfire Pizza and live music. Lots of places to sit. We also enjoyed a movie at the Starlite 14 drive in theater in Richland Center, about 15 miles from the home. Highly recommend!!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautifully located property right on the river. The unobstructed view of the river provided a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was super clean and well-maintained, exceeding our expectations. There were lots of amenities—everything you can think of! All you need to pack is your food, drink, and clothing. The screened-in porch is extra special, especially during the summer to keep the bugs and mosquitoes out. Accessing the property was easy, thanks to clear instructions and a seamless check-in process. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque escape.

Summary: This was the second time that our family stayed at the River House, and our experience was just as pleasant as our first visit a year ago. The weather was warmer during this stay, so we were able to spend more time relaxing in the porch and cooking on the grill. As many people have noted here, the views of the river are amazing and very relaxing. The newly finished lower level and second bathroom make the house an even better choice for family vacations. The house is nicely located near Taliesin, the American Players Theater, supper clubs, and many outdoor recreation options. It is a beautiful house, and we enjoyed our second stay. Highly recommended!

Summary: One of the few properties on the lower Wisconsin river with a mostly unobstructed view. Nice house. Plenty of space. But it's the screened in porch with that view that are the real stars.
