Summary: There were 7 of us visiting to attend my daughter's graduation from GA Southern. This house was a nice place for all of us to stay together and only 30 mins out from Statesboro with a very easy drive between the two. Space was clean and stocked with everything needed amenity wise. Booking was easy and we had a nice stay. Would recommend for anyone. Another plus is a DG a skip and hop from the house. Very convenient for something quickly needed or last minute item. Also, 9 miles or so to I16, and has several restaurants at the exit.

Summary: Served the purpose of our stay as we were not on the property much during the day. Indoor space was clean but the entrance was not and neither was the area near the stairs. I would not recommend as a vacation rental. Need better instructions on activating keypad.

Summary: We loved this house! Reminded me of a bed and breakfast style home. You book for the whole upstairs which is a house with 4 full bedrooms, kitchen bathrooms etc. included good WiFi, smart TVs , comfortable beds and lovely old style living. My first time in a house like this; even my teenage son and his friend liked it. Very cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our stay was great and the house is amazingly done and decorated. Super cute location and small town. Eddie is very responsive and accommodating even though we did not need anything as it was already stocked/provided.

Summary: We needed a place to be able to house multiple family members to attend my Dad's funeral in Claxton. I love these old antebellum homes like those my my grew up around. This was perfect! It was nice to have a place to be able to visit and all be together. The place is very large like the size of a regular 4 bedroom home! There's even a piano in the den. The beds were very comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer. We will be back!

Summary: The property I had originally rented turned out to have been sold and had to scramble to find another property so our family could have Thanksgiving with family in Portal. Eddie was very responsive to my inquiries for assurances that we actually had a place and any other questions I had. The property is large and spacious with large comfortable beds, a kitchen with dining area, comfortable living room, and two full bathrooms. We had our family of 5 and my parents who are in their early 80’s. We brought their luggage up for them but they were easily able to traverse the stairs without help. There is an elevator that Eddie is raising funds for it to be repaired in the near future for older renters or anyone who needs it. It was very peaceful and even had a small Christmas tree in the living room for the season. It really served our purposes for close proximity to our family for Thanksgiving as it was a nice drive from there to their property. And we were not all on top of each other for sleeping and getting ready to go. Also, there’s a large balcony on the front that you can sit out on and chill or if you are a smoker, you can smoke and chill. So, it was very comfortable and peaceful!
