Positive: By far the cleanest neatest roadside hotel we’ve been at. The room was a good size, bed comfortable, sheets clean and fresh - it was brand new. Way nicer than any of the big brand places we’ve stayed at. The couple at the front were welcoming and helpful. Our dog was welcomed ($20 fee) and we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a great hotel- the Serenity Inn in Sweetwater is the place to stop.
Negative: Only complaint was the coffee… a bit weak but husband liked it!!

Positive: I love the room. It was clean and a good value.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like is that I'm pretty sure they were upset because I'm local and booked online. From what I understand they don't rent to locals... We had a horrible storm come through and have a dead tree near the house we hadn't had cut yet. If I would have known about it, I would have went somewhere else because that is a ridiculous rule in my opinion.
Summary: It would have been 5 star other than the fact they didn't like that I was local.

Positive: Good location. The couple who ran it were very friendly. It was a great price for what it was too.
Negative: The bathroom was cramped and could use an update but that’s a small complaint. The breakfast was just some hostess danishes.

Positive: It was clean, shower pressure was decent. Bath tub had guard rails and bath mat. Especially important for older people. Room had adequate furniture . Bed was comfy enough. Sufficient and appropriately placed power outlets . Microwave and fridge also came in handy. Tv was good quality with plenty of programmes to watch.
Negative: No fault of management. We had upstairs room which was difficult and inconvenient for us as we have some mobility issues. I have bad knees and sore shoulder so dragging luggage up the stairs was quite painful. Hubby had a flare up of gout and was limping. Stairs really didn’t work for us. No coffee maker in room. We had to heat water in microwave to make coffee Very strong smell of dog when you first enter room, but after airing up it was okay.

Positive: The location was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet!!! Of the two hosts I met, they were quite friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again, but don't expect a luxury hotel!
Negative: I never saw breakfast! It ended by 9:00 AM and even when I arrived around 8:45, there was nothing left. Sorry, I really can't rate what I did not experience
