The property has been completely renovated inside and outside! New kitchen, floors, bathrooms, paint inside/outside. Outside we added a huge spa with brand new pool equipment and best pool heater on the market, the pool has been completely redone, new vein cut travertine throughout the backyard, new landscape, new outdoor kitchen, TV, bar, tiki hut & outdoor lightning.

Two outdoor fans in the tiki will keep you cool, also the tiki huts are known to be the best structures in Florida that keeps most of the heat away. It was built by local, native artisans.
The backyard area is huge and fenced inn which makes it convenient if you are traveling with a pet, as well as the separated area that is completely fenced in.

Great size living/dining room with high speed internet, smart TV (75 inches), high quality leather Natuzzi sofas, gray marble coffee table, mango wood buffet & real paintings. There is also coastal dining table with 6 chairs and a chandelier.
If you are traveling for work there is a huge L shape desk with a desk chair and a lamp available in the hall.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, & all major appliances as well as blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more.
Master Bedroom:
Comfortable king size bed, Smart Tv, huge walk inn closet, ensuite full master bathroom.
Second Bedroom:
Queen size bed , coastal nightstands & bed frame.
Third Bedroom:
2 Solid Wood Twin Beds

The property is located in a very nice and very safe area in West Palm Beach, there is a plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and a beach in close proximity.
The location is perfect as its located close to the airport, West Palm Beach & Wellington!
Also, Its only about 30 min drive to Delray Beach Downtown, 40 min drive to Boca Raton and approximately 20 min to nearest beach.
