Positive: Very spacious villa with plenty of space. The area was very quiet. Good for relaxing.
Negative: The location of the property was a bit of an issue. It was middle of nowhere, every taxi driver struggled to find the villa. It took our driver from the airport 45 mins to find the villa, Sat nav didn't help either. The same problem happened when leaving for the airport. No shops or amenities nearby. Closest shop was 15/20 mins walk.

Positive: The property was modern with a nice feel. The pool was brilliant and a great addition for the children.
Negative: You absolutely need a car, this is not stated in any review I seen before booking. We had an infestation of ants in every cupboard in the kitchen. It’s very over looked and one evening at 9.20 the owner messaged to say there had been a noise complaint from a neighbour of the apartment directly next to the villa, we have children and they were enjoying the pool. The next night we didn’t let them in the pool and the neighbours in the villa directly next door were making lots of loud noise until 1am 😳 The shelf came away from the wall in the lounge and I told the owner but nobody came to fix it during our stay. I would recommend if you have children and needed to be close to amenities to stay in Dalyan, we spent most of our time here.
Summary: Villa nice, great pool. A car is an absolute must, very overlooked. Be careful using pool after 8pm, the outside area is
