Summary: The house is very nice the pool is much nicer then in the pictures. Victoria is always happy help and go beyond what is required. Victoria arranged for someone to cook and clean for us, a member of the family who again was VERY helpful, it was a pleasure. There is loads to do in the near vicinity, we hope to be back- Thanks

Summary: we are 4 adults, stayed in the Villa for 10 days (it can easily contain 8 as well) - we had the most wonderful time there! The Villa is lovely, very clean , equipped with grace and generosity. the swimming pool is perfect, and the garden is lovely with lots of places to chill in the sun or in the evening. Vicky the host is charming and available at all times, super helpful, it was very easy and lovely to communicate with her. the villa is located well. we did great hiking in the area, and off course the unbelievable endless beaches all around (though it took us 20-30 min. to drive there) . we did our shopping in Dalaman. and in the local market of Gecek or in the huge market in Fethie which was very convenient. it was sad to leave and we hope to come back, and recommend it warmly

Summary: We had the best holiday ever here. The communication was excellent from start to finish and when we had a small accident by the pool and needed hospital treatment, Vicky advised us quickly. She has been friendly and attentive at all times, and responded to any queries/issues immediately. The house is in a stunning setting with amazing views. Local goats, chickens and little farms on the way to the house by the roadside made us feel like we were somewhere very different which we loved. The house is beautifully kept and organised with lots of towels and kitchen well equipped. Beds were very comfortable with clean linen. The utility room invaluable for a two week stay! Lots of bathrooms too. Good open plan kitchen and living area looking out to pool and stunning views. This house really worked for us with the layout - family of six with kids 6-17yrs. Everyone had space. The pool was heaven with sun loungers and movable shades which we positioned near pool. Unfortunately the pool turned green twice in our two week stay, which means there is an issue with the filter. It was quickly sorted but we couldn’t use the pool mid holiday one evening or last morning. At the end I wonder if the sickness our youngest two had on way home was from swimming in pool when it just started to go green on last night… I would thoroughly recommend this house because of the excellent location to great beaches, historical sights, shopping. Driving was easy and whilst house is a bit out of the way, that’s what we liked! Only reason I have taken a star off is because the pool issues shouldn’t have happened and the outside grounds were scruffy - not like the pictures. Weeds, grubby tables (they just needed a wipe), dead plants and tired, worn furniture/umbrellas. It didn’t spoil our holiday, but we felt the outside had been neglected and wasn’t presented like the house or the pictures taken a while ago. House is well maintained but less so outside. A lovely thing was the welcome basket which we paid for in cash - bread, cheese and honey etc. We really needed that on the first morning after a long journey! A fabulous place for a holiday! Lots to explore nearby with a car, or just relax at the villa. We felt safe and comfortable.

Summary: The house is new and in a very quiet location up in the hills set some drive away from nearest beach, which is fine as this is just what we were looking for. The infinity pool is every bit as good as it looks with views across the valley, very peaceful. Just be aware that the pool has a consistent depth of about 1.5 metres so children would not be able to stand up nor my wife who is 5' 5". Were just a couple so the place was very spacious for us. When we visited internet signal was a bit hit and miss. Cocek is a nice area with marina, shops etc about 15 mins drive away, Strognly recommend you take the 12 Islands Boat trip from here, absolute bliss for a full day to chill, swim and enjoy the views, the sea was just totally calm, perfect.

Summary: My family and I stayed at Villa Manzara in July 2019 and from the offset the owner Vicky was excellent at communicating with us, and was extremely informative. Upon arriving we were taken back by how beautiful the house and views were & instantly felt at home. We enjoyed many days lounging by the stunning pool and also nights out eating in the breathtaking Gocek. As one of the first guests to stay at Villa Manzara there were a few minor teething problems that were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the lovely owners family. One member of our party suffers from dementia and this house was perfect for her as everyone is on one level with no stairs, bedrooms are in close proximity to each-other and the pool is easily accessible from the property, this made her feel more comfortable as she could see and hear everyone at all times. We will 100% return very soon! Thank you for such a lovely stay.
