Summary: Beautiful views, spacious house with everything you could possibly need. 2 mins from 2 beautiful parks and playgrounds. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Summary: We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at this property. We especially appreciated the classy decor, the cleanliness, gorgeous views, the outdoor deck, fully equipped kitchen, the bright and open rooms. Every bedroom had its own character and comfort. No missing an episode of your favorite shows as each room had a tv. Even the master bathroom!!! The owners are so very kind, accommodating, friendly and helpful. As if the privilege of staying at their beautiful home-wasn’t enough, they provided a welcome basket and card that will warm your heart. I do not know Shelia and Cloyce personally but judging by the ambiance of their home environment, I got a clear sense of a couple that are rich in faith and love. My kind of people. This El Dorado Hills gem will not disappoint anyone looking for a clean, spacious, attention to detail, home away from home.

Summary: A family illness nearby caused us to need a house and we were glad to find this custom home overlooking the American River. It is spacious, nicely furnished and totally peaceful. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. We only used the master suite bed which was especially comfortable and had cozy linens. Huge windows face out to the water and valley below and frame beautiful sunsets. I especially liked that they kept decor simple and uncluttered so there was a lot of room for our things. Sheila and Cloyce are very thoughtful and caring hosts who were available when we had questions. They are a blessing.
