This well-appointed condo is literally ski-in/ski-out with private entrance just feet from the groomed trail.
Arrive in the mountains of Newry to escape and enjoy all that Maine has to offer. Ski alpine from the door step, snow shoe nearby, eat in, or at the many locally owned gourmet or casual restaurants, watch the fireworks. It is all within easy access.
Our condo is designed to make your time easy. Store your skis and boots in the condo interior storage hallway and don't bother with a locker or need to go to your car. Hangs your boots over the heater. Use the cubbies for your stuff. Let's keep it easy: interior ski racks, storage racks, first floor private entrance; its all about relaxing and skiing.
Ski tickets and rentals can be purchased at Southridge Lodge, a short walk or ski down the hill. Access the main lift and get to all ski levels; this area is always accessible for skiing. Snowmaking at Sunday River allows you to make plans to ski, always.
A queen bed and a set of twin bunks are in the bedroom and all have warm, cozy quality linens.
The bathroom has full tub and shower and is equipped with plenty of thick, plush towels and amenities to make your stay just right. Travel size shampoos provided.
The Fall Line Resort Complex offers a full-bar restaurant, a large in-ground pool, hot tub, sauna and a locker room with showers. The complex is meticulously maintained and always clean. Please bring your own towels for the spa area.
The Sunday River area boasts numerous world-class restaurants and ski pubs. Try the new Definitive Brewing at Southridge, Shipyard at White Cap Lodge, new food trucks throughout the resort, Camp at the Grand Summit. On the access road are Sunday River Brew Pub and other great restaurants there and

Summary: We loved this condo! It is absolutely perfect for anyone…especially a family with kids. It’s right next to the bunny hill and a true ski in ski out condo. Condo was extremely clean and had all the amenities one could need. The owners are such a delight and get back to you immediately with any questions that you may have. I loved that when you sit on the couch you can watch people ski/snowboard on the mountain. The indoor pool was amazing for the kids too! This condo was absolutely perfect!

Summary: This was our second time staying at this condo this ski season. Each time, it’s been extremely clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The check in is easy and communication from the host is always wonderful. The location can’t be beat. This trip I was alone with my 3 and 6 year old and it was a breeze getting them out the door and down to the ski school each morning. If we needed anything during the day, we could quickly walk or ski back. A perfect view of the fireworks on Saturday night was the icing on the cake! We look forward to staying again soon!

Summary: This was the perfect place for a weekend of skiing. The condo was extremely neat, the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, and we enjoyed the personal touches, like individual sized shampoos, games to play, and cozy flannel sheets on the beds. The location can't be beat--it's truly ski in and ski out and is right by the ski school, which made it easy to drop off and pick up our 3 and 6 year old each day. We took advantage of the pool, enjoyed many great restaurants a short drive away, and even saw fireworks from the balcony. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Summary: Such a great location and it was a perfect stay for our family of four over school vacation! Being able to walk out the door and ski right down to South Ridge was so convenient! The owners were responsive and quickly answered a question during our stay.

Summary: This is our second year renting this condo. The owners are excellent to work with. Quick to reply to ay question. Even helped us with our dead battery one year. Two levels sleep 4 to 6 comfortably. Pull out couch a bit soft for me, kids were okay on it though. Condo has everything you need plus there is a lounge on the first floor as well as a small restaurant Truly Ski-in Ski out. Porch on lower level and balcony on secon level was awesome for a hot tody after skiing.. We absolutely love this condo and will be back! Thanks Maureen!

Summary: We love this condo because the location can't be beat. Also, you can walk out of your ground level door and ski directly (without any skating!) to the lifts at South Ridge. There is even a path that allows you to ski directly back to your door at the end of the day. Some other friends of ours were scattered around at other condo's but were on higher level floors or not exactly "Ski out." They also appeared a bit dated. Our condo was very tastefully appointed and we appreciated all of the little things that were available to us, in case we forgot some to pack some essentials. The owners communication was excellent as well. We'll be back for a 3rd time next season!

Summary: We had a great time staying at this slopeside condo! It's truly ski-in, ski-out as the condo opens out to a flat area directly above the magic carpets, which was key for getting our 3.5 year old out to ski school. The condo was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for all 3 of us and very comfortable!

Summary: Check-in was easy, the condo looked out on the mountain through the woods and trails. When they meant slope-side they meant it. We literally walked out the back door and down the trail to the lifts! The owners were great if fact our car battery died right as we were to leave. The owners where there and jumped our car. Perfect ending to a perfect week! We would rent again in a heartbeat!
