Adjoining duplex, directly across the street from a shared private beach (Pine Acres) with central air conditioning. Watch the sunrise from the multi level decks facing Nantucket Sound. Two bedrooms with ocean views and upper deck access. Each side offers four bedrooms and one and 1/2 baths, living rooms, kitchens, washers/dryers, dishwashers and microwaves.
Perfect property for getting together yet still maintaining some individual space. Mini split AC units located in all upstairs bedrooms and living rooms (on both sides), window units in both basement sleeping areas. This home has been completely updated with fresh paint, new air conditioning units, outdoor showers, appliances, mattresses and a game room, which includes a foosball table, air hockey table, stereo, Nintendo and large flat screen tv. The game room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. This home also has a rollaway ping pong table in the garage. This home has something for everyone!

Summary: This property accommodated well our family of 13 (me and my wife, 3 married children, 1 unmarried, and 4 grands) using both sides. It is promoted as 8 bedrooms, but there are only 7, unless game room downstairs is counted as a bedroom but it is full of games and only has a couch. Still, plenty of places to sleep and large enough dining area to all eat together. Enjoyable backyard space. Super convenient to beach. A notebook with info about the area would have been helpful. Also, more specific instructions about the HVAC units would have been nice. In addition, breakers for the baseboard heat were off, but we didn’t know why or if they should stay that way. Hot water heater breaker on one side was also off when we arrived and we had to turn that on which was a very minor inconvenience. Game room downstairs was super enjoyable. Plenty of tvs to watch. Outdoor showers were awesome. Overall, WAY more pros than cons. The cons would NOT keep us from returning and the pros would definitely draw us back.

I hadn’t rented on the Cape for quite some time and have to say I was a little apprehensive. But Martha Murray Realty was more than helpful and made the overall rental experience easy, from the contract to the check in/ check out. The house itself was the perfect place. The house was clean and neat. I am a nurse, so with all that is going on right now, the cleanliness was a huge plus!! There was one rug that had dog hair all over it, and we let the realty know at check out so the owner didn’t think it was ours. ( no pet policy) I would not hesitate to rent here again.
