Negative: The smell of cigarettes inside, far from the city, construction nearby, noise in the morning. There are double stairs , so not easy if you have luggage.

Positive: We were very impressed of the appartment! It has everything you need and you feel so welcome and home! It has a big parking spot infront of the appartment and you have a beautiful view on the balcony where you can breakfast. The sightseeing spots are near with a car (20-25 min) And Jose is a very nice host. Even when my friend forgot her passport there he sent it per Post. We liked it a lot and would go again there! I can recommend it very much! Thank you, Gracias Jose :)

Positive: Clean, comfy beds, big parking spot below the apartment.
Negative: We heard and felt each step from neighbours constantly (you have feelings that someone is in your apartment) we have trouble sleeping, because we heard what our neighbours are doing in 4am (taking a shower, preparing coffee and etc). It would be nice to have some hangs for towels in the bathroom.

Positive: A clean, modern apartment. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, and washer. The bathroom has a lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Hairdryer. Two double bedrooms with comfortable beds. The larger bedroom is on a mezzanine. We used the smaller one as we didn't trust ourselves on the stairs at night if needing the loo. Living area with TV and comfortable corner sofa. Bench and table to seat four people. Small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs. The cupboard on the balcony houses the iron, and the roning board is down the side. Parking space for two cars. The design of the apartment is very modern and contemporary with black fixtures, fittings, and open partition walls, which look stunning. Two minute walk to the main road where you can catch the number 174 bus to Savilla. It only runs every one and a half hours, so make sure you don't miss it. It cost €1.65 per person each way and takes you right to the bus station. There is a 175 bus, but it's around a 25-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. We used the 175 a couple of times and stopped off at the supermarket for supplies on the way back. We also found a lovely little bar in a park area where we would call for a beer to break up the walk, this opens up in the late afternoon. Nice for people watching.
Negative: The only downside to the open partition walls is lack of privacy, so this should be taken into account when booking for more than one adult couple. Frequency of buses.

Positive: The cleanliness was exceptional, and they had considered every detail regarding amenities. Having two beds was convenient, and we appreciated the complimentary water, drinks, and chocolate. Situated in the heart of a vacation village, the tranquility and serenity of the location were truly enjoyable.
Negative: The property is located approximately 20 minutes outside the city center by car, making it less convenient for quick trips back and forth during the day. Due to this factor, I believe the price should have been lower. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay overall.
