3 Bedroom House in Bellavista-La Palmera, Sevilla

The house has a fantastic garden, a huge pool, barbecue and solarium with views of the city of Seville and its most famous monument (La Giralda). The apartment is very spacious and modern, has all kinds of equipment in kitchen. Everything you might need can order and be provided. We also have all kinds of furniture for children (cots, high chairs, park, rocker, hot, etc). There is a metro station 1 km, 10 minutes walk and with a free parking right in front of the station. The house is in an absolutely private road surrounded by a quiet and with all necessary amenities neighborhood, is a modern and very lively neighborhood, although my house, its location is away from the hustle and having a great breeding ground for back of the garden.
The airport is only 12 minutes by car and if you want you can ask to be picked up at a very low cost.
The clothes are washed by the girl house service to make your stay more comfortable.
The pool is kept clean all year for being Sevilla a city with an excellent climate for sunbathing and even daring with a swim even in winter season.
The area has a large golf club and restaurants, cinemas, burguers, Seville typical and international food.
The center of Seville is about 8-10 minutes drive along a road with no traffic.
My home is a place where you can forget the hustle and relax, but allows at any time having all the comforts that a modern neighborhood can offer.
The connection to the road that takes you to Cordoba, Cadiz and Granada are very fast, in five minutes can link to the major highways.

Summary: Really nice place and mostly clean but the devil is in the detail. A couple sets of bedding smelled terrible, like b.o. The rest smelled like they hadn't dryer properly. Heaters had exposed wiring, iron leaked water and had damaged wiring, extension on ironing board had damaged wiring. Sliding window/doors in back bedroom did not lock, on ground floor. Owner did bring a set of bedding items when we mentioned the odor, but just set them on the couch and left, didn't take the old ones or replaced them, we ended up not using 1 of the beds. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. Long walk to get out of the gated community.

Summary: Rosario is great and attentive , there are minor changes that she can easily address to make this home a 5 star rating . There is no tv signal in the only tv bedroom but the tv at the living works. The house is in a nice street but the neighborhood is ok still only 18 min drive to the center . The best part of the house is outside by the pool and bbq this is a great home for summer vacation

Summary: We stayed 3 nights in this house. It is convenient, close to the city, well occupied, and calm. The house owner is very nice and supportive.

Summary: The house was spacious and with a good air conditioning system. However the rooms are oddly spread out and scattered in 3 buildings (which we knew). The location of the kitchen is quite inconvenient for the main house and poolside table. It also really needs to be refurbished (the oven, hob and dishwasher all went out of action temporarily during the week.) The owner, Rosario, lives in the other half of the house , connected via an open courtyard so you don’t get a completely independent villa. She is friendly and helpful. The house is in a pleasant street in a suburb of Seville not far from the city centre. We could drive and park in Seville everyday. Lots of food shops around the house (though not much else to do). The pool and garden are great and definitely the best part of this property.
