Summary: Perfect location for us to hit a wedding in Lincoln and a football game in Seward on Saturday. Good communication with the owner and everything we needed for our stay. The gym in the basement was a nice extra you don’t get in most rentals! We will stay again!

Summary: Our group loved the property. The house was beautifully updated. In some parts of the house the updates were not yet complete, but everything was still functional. The bedrooms upstairs were private, and the main level was nice and open for the group to gather. Very nice kitchen. The highlight might be the outdoor living areas, such as the front porch, and the lighted patio and fire pit area in the back. There was so much fun for the kids to have, including the trampoline and the pool. And there were also a lot of toys inside to keep them entertained. We didn't know that we would be sharing the property with a family staying in an RV, and that we would be sharing the gym in the basement of the house with them. It wasn't an issue, but it would have been nice to have known that ahead of time. Kerry was very responsive in communicating. She was accommodating to us and very kind. We might very well be back there again next summer if she would have us.

Summary: We loved our stay here as there were 12 of us - plenty of room inside and out. Only one suggestion, need new mattresses on the futons. Was enjoyed by all ages. Would like to do it again! Thanks.

Summary: This is great country farm house. The rural setting made for a quiet relaxing stay. The kids had so much fun playing outside, there was so much for them to do: swimming, basketball, swinging, climbing, and jumping. The adults enjoyed some front porch sitting, firepit chatting and workingout in the awesome exercise area. It was an overall great experience.
