Positive: Nice view and big terrace, very well equipped, cosy and comfortable apartment, good wifi and A/C. Good parking possibilities. Ok distance to beaches.
Negative: Minor details but ok: Quite some stairs to get up to the apartment, a bit of a walk to restaurants in village center.
Summary: One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.

Positive: We chose our accommodation carefully as we stayed for three weeks. Monica is a super-host for a reason - right from the beginning of our booking, she was very responsive to all of our questions. If we had any questions during our stay, she also responded quickly. The apartment was easy to find and Monica met us on arrival to let us in and show us everything there was to know about the apartment. It was in a perfect location, in the middle of all other towns/cities in the Algarve. The apartment was very clean, and it was nice to have it cleaned, with new linens, once a week during our stay (30 euros each week, well worth it). The bedrooms had ample room to store all clothing, with lots of hangers and drawers. The view from the balcony was wonderful and it was nice to use the bbq. We cooked most of the time we were there, in the well-equipped kitchen. We did go out for a few meals, where many restaurants were available within a short walking distance. The beach was also close by, within a five minute walk - we sometimes had the beach to ourselves, which was a luxury. And, finally, it was great to have free parking (not always possible), which was right beside the low-rise building. It was never a problem to find a parking spot, there was always lots of space available. I have already recommended this accommodation to other friends, and would consider re-booking, if we choose to return to the Algarve in future.
Negative: As was mentioned in previous reviews, the street noise is noticeable at first, but after a few days, it stopped being noticeable. Also, Monica had mentioned that a new double-glazed window in the second bedroom is going to be installed to help with the noise.

Positive: This has to be the best apartment I have ever rented for a holiday! My excellent experience started several months prior, when I initially made the reservation. Monica, is very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The was and is an absolute delight! The apartment itself was just as described and photographed. Actually better!! It is stylishly decorated, very clean and comfortable. The views are incredible!! We loved sitting on the terrace. I definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again when visiting.
