Positive: Great location for access to Ambuluwawa Tower which Kumudu arranged us a tuk tuk for. He takes great pride in his home and yard and it shows. He also has a love for birds which he feeds in his backyard. Great cook and conversationalist. Fun guy to chat with.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable room with air condition, warm water (even it was raining and cloudy weather), modern bathroom, fast and stable WLAN, mosquito nets at the windows and the possibility to close the windows completely as it was relatively cold weather. Breakfast was outstanding and we were asked of our wishes. We have chosen a mix of continental and Sri Lanka breakfast and got a delicious meal. Thank you Kumudu for the very nice stay at your house !

Positive: Very friendly and welcoming host! Nice and close to ambuluwawa tower and host sorted us a tuktuk to which made everything super easy! He also very kindly gave me some fruit to help my cough and coffee and biscuits on arrival me and my partner were extremely happy with the facilities also!

Positive: Kumudu was very helpful all the time although we just stayed for one night. We were allowed to use his kitchen without any extra fee. The WIFI also did his job. Showering was able with WARM water.

Negative: There was an mix up with the address and we were about 20 minutes away from the right place with our three wheeler. But Kumudu spotted us as we passed his cottage by accident.
