Summary: The place was cleaned on the surface but not deep cleaned. Furniture outdated and old fashion. I expected more of a clean open modern look from the pictures. Was nothing like the pictures in person. A bit disappointed. My husband wasn’t comfortable at all. He has very high standards where he lays his head. Unfortunately! there are no refunds when you are unhappy with your stay. We would have preferred to stay at the Marriott. The out doors is unkept. The back yard area not suitable at all if you are an outdoors person like us. We were not comfortable even sitting under the covered porch out doors. Again much needed landscaping.

Summary: The oven and stove were useless. Did not work properly at all. They were also missing items to use the oven. Cooking sheet . Faucet shot everywhere when you try to use it. When you’re there for 14 days you need to cook a lot of meals and we were just barely able to get some meals out because the equipment was so bad. Privately.

Summary: The condo was as advertised and was clean. Location was good. Neighborhood was quiet residential. Kitchen had adequate pots/pans. I thought my bed was comfortable but my son did not like his. The A/C seemed to struggle a bit but no other issues. Overall, it was a good stay.

Summary: A couple of friends and I came to Ft Lauderdale to go to the boat show and found this beautiful home to stay in. It was in the perfect location for going to the beach and other parts of town for dining, shopping and other things. The house was very clean and appeared to have several recent upgrades with top quality bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and Family Room. Everything from linens to silverware to shampoo was provided. There were even to go cups for our coffee when we left in the morning. I would recommend this one to anyone visiting and would definitely reserve it again if I go back.

Summary: The AC was hit or miss. During the day time it was warm. The rental home does not have fans In the bedrooms. When it gets hot the air feels muggy in the house. No way to circulate it. Everything else was perfect. The host is great.
