Positive: The hotel has all the facilities you might need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. The Chinese breakfast is extensive.

Negative: A bit disappointing that the western breakfast options were not great and unlike the Chinese options, were quite cold.

Positive: Fantastic location, helpful staff, overall beautiful hotel. Right next to one of the main shopping strips but still within short taxi ride from the main station. Staff were very patient with my limited chinese and gave great recommendations.

Negative: Wish I could have stayed longer

Summary: Lovely luxurious hotel for the price of a budget one
