Positive: Very clean, hosts were attentive.
Negative: WiFi was very weak, no TV cable (only TV in room, when I asked host about cable, she said people come here for view not to watch tv🤔). No soap or lotions in washroom. It said B&B but no breakfast 😕. There wasn't any coffee in room as advertised. Property was hard to find, there was gravel road to reach it.

Positive: We loved the privacy since we were the only people staying there. The view was oustanding, perhaps the nicest view we have ever had from a hotel.
Negative: We had a little trouble finding the place but this was mostly my fault.

Positive: The house and Susan, our host, was very nice! Highly recommend! We loved the view, the comfort of having all the amenities of your home, the separate bathrooms and did I mention the VIEW!!! The home was so clean and well taken care of. Thank you Susan and your family, we had a lovely time!
Negative: Everything was amazing, one small recommendation would be to have an extra cooktop, otherwise we improvised by using the BBQ burner. The one at the property didn't work.
