Positive: Great location close to everything in Clayton. Room was spacious and very clean. Totally private and safe inside a gated community. The place was well furnished and had a nice, newer, good sized tv. Excellent value, although I may have gotten a reduced price for being one of the first few people to book it. I'm not sure how much the price will increase, if at all.

Negative: Both times I attempted to enter through the gate at the entrance I had trouble with the keypad. I was given a numeric code but the keypad didn't seem to be set up for that but someone pulled in behind me and opened it both times before I could figure it out. Wi-Fi signal was very weak due to distance from the router but there is a signal booster in the room. It had just lost connection to the router probably due to a power outage or something and I didn't realize until the end of my stay. Water pressure was very weak but I was able to get by with it and I informed the owner. He couldn't and wouldn't have known about it until a guest informed him. Very minor issues that I'm sure will be addressed so don't let that dissuade you. Still 9/10 and would definitely recommend.
