Negative: It looked abandoned - not very clean and the grass was big. There was a camping van in the garden .

Positive: Cheap for a last minute stay, near theme parks. Good communication with host, was able to get an early check in which was great. Had a bed, kitchen, bathroom and a laundry room available to use. However no dryer and no cleaning supplies
Negative: No issues with the place itself. There was one other person staying there, not sure if was a guest or what, but they were walking around the house with no shirt on the whole time, which was a little uncomfortable for us. But that's what you get with a share house

Positive: My partner and I like the location everything is near supermarkets, gas station for car rentals etc. so convenient even there was a bus stop in front of the house.
Negative: The house was too dirty and too dusty. I recommend a cleaner every once or twice a week or those robot vacuum/mops. No instructions for the stove as a lot of guest asked me to help out. No replacement for dish sponge as doesn't clean off properly. The bathroom floors is not even so the door scrape the floor.

Positive: Convenient location for what I required for 1 night. The portable air con was very effective although quite noisy. The room and toilet were clean. The bed was fairly comfortable
Negative: The house itself is nice from the outside and fairly modern, but It's a very impersonal house. The bedroom was very sparce and dingy. It had more of a feeling of a backpacker hostel and there was no welcoming feeling about the house at all. No pictures or personal touches either on the walls or in the kitchen or lounge area. . None of the bed linen matched and the towels are thin and appear old. The room had a strong body odour smell from a previous occupant therefore at a guess the room din't get aired. The bedside lamps were not bright enough as a reading light. The kitchen bin was quite full and smelly. In my opinion it would take a small amount of effort and money to make this home more welcoming and I feel it would make a difference to an individuals perception of how much care and attention has been made to provide a welcoming space for a paying guest. I am very pleased that I only booked 1 night.
